Salou is one the famous tourist spot of Spain region of Catalonia on the Costa Dorada. You will find that the Costa extends from the north of Barcelona to the south of the Tarragona. It is famous for its soft sandy and the crystal clear water beaches. Salou is the capital of this coastline. This is one of the most popular Mediterranean’s playgrounds also. Reus is the nearby airport which can be reached within 20 minutes. If someone is traveling from London to Reus by a plane then he can reach in 2hrs. Barcelona can be reached in 1 hour drive which is in north of Salou. In Salou there are lots of hotels also. You can find them of every range suitable for every kind of people. The famous resort of Cambrils, which is mostly visited because, it is a small fishing village and also because of its superb seafood restaurants.
The biggest attraction in Salou is the Port Aventura theme park. Here you will also find the world famous Dragon Khan rollercoaster which has eight scary loop-the-loops. Apart from these you can visit to Salvador Dali museum which is located at Figueres and also the mountain monastery at Montserrat.
